Cheryl has held senior sales and marketing roles at pharmaceutical giant SmithKlineBeacham and was the sales and marketing executive for international legal publisher Butterworths/Lexis-Nexis.

In 2001 Cheryl established Unique New Zealand Designs, a US based importer and distributor of New Zealand fashion and fabric arts. Unique New Zealand Designs distributes to more than 250 retailers throughout the US.

Cheryl has a degree in psychology from UC Santa Cruz.

Nigel Morris - Founder Nigel has held senior communications positions with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, BP Oil, and TransAlta New Zealand. In 1999 Nigel established an independent communications consultancy. His clients included: Industry New Zealand, St John, TransAlta, Sysdoc Group and Tall Poppies Consulting. In Los Angeles Nigel ran the public relations and communication activities of Investment New Zealand in North America.

Associates Arturo Valdivia has worked as a multi-lingual translator and marketer for over 20 years.He is the founder and principal of the Language Connection, a multi-lingual translation and interpreting service. Rosalie Delgadillo has worked in multicultural communications with the advertising, banking and educational fields for over 15 years. She founded the Hispanic Division of one of Southern California's largest retail advertising agencies.
